1st place receives 2 extra entries for grand prize, Trophies (4)

2nd place receives 1 extra entry for grand prize, Trophies (4)

3rd place receives 1 extra entry for grand prize

o You need to have played a minimum of 32 matches to participate in the team event.

o Participation is mandatory for inclusion in the grand prize draw

o Full handicaps are in effect throughout the event

o Saturday dinner is provided

o 100$ entry per team

2 tier, Round robin, 4 rounds per match

Decision by overall points. In the event of a tie, games won

Tier A (placed 1-6 in season)

Tier B (placed 7-11 in season), 1st place RR has 1 extra entry for grand prize

 Friday, April 26 - 19:30: Tier B teams play

 Saturday, April 27 - 10:00: Tier A  teams play

 Saturday, April 27 – TBD: Tier B teams play

o Tier A, 1st & 2nd play-off, points winner, cash prizes + trophies (1st and 2nd)

o Tier B, 1st & 2nd play-off, point’s winner, cash prizes + trophies (1st and 2nd)

o You need to have played a minimum of 32 matches to participate in the singles event

o Entry 20$

Double elimination

2 tier, cut-off at 7.5 (with discretion)

o Tier A : Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th / 6th

o Tier B : Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th / 6th

o Names will be discarded until 2 teams remain to be drawn

o Only 1 grand prize per team

o Two (2) trips for five (5) players or cash prize of 3200$ per team

o Minimum of 1 player from the winning team must be in attendance to accept the prize
