The referee Zone brings together rules from many organizations
As a VNEA referee I am often approached with scenarios which seem complicated but are actually very simple when you can interpret the language of the rules and remove the information that sometimes does not pertain to the current situation. I want to set up scenarios and spell out the rules as they pertain to the exact situation called "Applied Rulings".
The BCA has already begun adding in Applied Ruling references and over time I will be adding them here so we can have a comprehensive rule book for billiards. I will also be adding applied rulings to the other sets of rules as I compile them.
For now, the rules and situations will be in english only (unless I already have the translations available) and translated at a later date.
